Gin description

Botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom berries, basil, rosemary and olive leaves, and elderflower. With the addition of a drop of Adriatic seawater and lemon essential oil. Right from the start it releases a strong balsamicity derived from juniper well balanced by the spicy Mediterranean notes of olive leaves and rosemary and the freshness of basil leaves and lemon essential oil. On the palate it is dry with a pleasant savoriness derived from seawater. Herbaceous notes of juniper and olive leaves lead the way with a retronasal sensation of Mediterranean scrub. The finish is dry and clean with a sensation of freshness
