Gin description

Six Dogs Pinotage Stained Gin is the darling of Six Dogs Gin and our neighbor's highly prized block of pinotage. We distill this Gin in small quantities through generous amounts of juniper and fresh citrus. The grapes are picked by hand, go up the road to the distillery, are destemmed and placed in vats for maceration. Here, the gin gets its color and taste from the deep red essence of this South African cultivar. Some like it pure on ice, while others dilute it with a little good tonic to create a fusion of the terroir, the cultivar and the best Gin we can make. We could say that this Gin is an alchemy between neighbors, friends and nature.
