Sky Wave Gin - Cask Aged Edition

Gin description

This limited-release expression from Sky Wave, strictly capped at 400 bottles from a single cask, takes our Signature London Dry Gin on a new journey. After being lovingly distilled in our traditional still using 13 botanicals and the one-shot method, the gin is then rested gently in a vermouth cask. The timing is precise: too long in the cask and the vermouth might overpower our subtle botanicals; too short and the hints of vermouth would vanish. Unlike many distilleries we refuse to re-blend after ageing: we had just one chance to get this right. The result is sublime. Timed to perfection by our Master Distiller, we’ve created a spirit that retains the character of our world beating gin whilst drawing smoothness and complexity from the wood of the cask and the hint of vermouth. Presented in a bespoke gift box designed to emphasise the exclusivity of this spirit, every bottle is individually numbered and personally signed by the Master Distiller who created it.
