Spire Gin - Handcrafted Herb-Infused Gin

Gin description

Spire Gin was created due to the huge support I received from the people of Salisbury when I launched Test Valley Gin. I felt it would be great to make a gin aimed specifically for the local area. I feel passionately about using local produce and selling locally and I was delighted to find Alex Seaton, a Salisbury based head chef who shared my ideals. He launched Alexander Chocolate around the same time as I started Test Valley Gin. He makes his own chocolate from scratch and I was drawn to the interesting botanicals he used in his chocolates. After lots of chocolate tasting and gin testing we came up with lemon verbena infused Spire Gin. I make the infused gin completely myself in small batches of around 36 bottles. I’m based a few miles from Salisbury city centre so this really is a locally produced gin made from locally sourced ingredients.
