Squirus Gin

Gin description

With this artisanal gin, the aim was to introduce new taste combinations, while remaining true to the project's key values of using local products and raising awareness of the fragility of natural ecosystems. With this in mind, the recipe is built around three main ingredients: chestnut, fir and bilberry. Chestnuts, a favorite food of red squirrels, were an obvious choice given the origins of Squirus Gin. It adds character and deliciousness to the gin. During your tasting, you'll also appreciate the sensation of freshness provided by the fir tree. Finally, the fruity touch is delicately provided by wild bilberry, the pretty blue berry that delights our little rodent's taste buds.
