Still River Naked Gin - (Formerly Twin River Distillery Naked Gin)

Gin description

Still River is a provenance-focussed distillery which creates ‘grain to glass’ gin and whisky. The team behind the distillery has a long history of brewing beer with sister company, Deeside Brewery and has used this knowledge to expand its offering from beer to spirits. Twin River uses malted barley as a base for its mash and ferments it to 5% abv before distilling it to 96% in-house. The liquid is then redistilled using classic gin botanicals for a strong juniper-led gin, which also includes hints of pink grapefruit, coriander and cassia bark. Still River’s Naked Gin includes just seven botanicals and sits at 43% abv with slight louching below 5° degrees. Its aim is to produce a gin which pushes juniper to the forefront of the flavour profile.
