Obtained from the distillation of an alcoholic infusion of European juniper berries, cardamom and coreander. A sensory journey into the history of Gin production, where this style was characterized by having more sweetness than a London Dry Gin and less than a Dutch Gin. Thanks to improvements in the distillation process, today the Old Tom style is back to stay. Fresh and authentic. Notes of pine and lavender marked by juniper, accompanied by the spice of cardamom, with a slight lemon background of coreander. Sweet and silky entry that lasts for several seconds.
