Tom Gin

Gin description

At Copper Fiddle Distillery we have created our version of a Tom Gin made from a grain mash and infused with botanicals including juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel and a touch of star anise. We then briefly store it in once used whiskey barrels to pick up the color and flavor of the wood. The result is what we consider to be a whiskey drinker’s gin.
