Gin description

The unique feature of this gin is the use of nine high mountain botanical, as the Alpine juniper and gentian root. Valentini is the first Italian distillery to produce a London dry gin with a technique to vapor infusion. So with steam passing through all the herbs, strongly it absorbs the flavors and tastes. All this happens in a matter of two hours within a traditional alembic, which since 1927 has been passed between genereazioni family, from grandfather to Gianluigi, the current owner. Virtually all production of this distillate takes place in the traditional way, from the collection of botanical the decision of the alcohol content.
