Bold St. Chai is a collusion with the lovely guys at Leaf Tea Shop on Bold St. in Liverpool. Leaf is an advocate of all things tea. We worked together to create a truly amazing and award winning gin. We blend a distillation of their quality Chai Blend into a specially made gin. It creates a stunning gin with essentially many botanicals from the Chai blend and the gin itself. Notes of Ginger, Cinnamon, Star Anise come through in a balanced way that has a spicy length of flavour without being hot.
