Gin description

Affordable, it is appreciated for its excellent value for money and its originality. Wendigo gin highlights the Quebec sea buckthorn berry. Its name comes from a legend in Native American folklore, referring to a forest spirit who possesses men. It is a spicy gin and its complexity divides into the presence of cilantro, iris bergamot, licorice rind, chamomile, rosebud, angelica and cardamom. The juniper is present without being imposing and the verbena adds a lemony touch. The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
