Gin description

Made in Italy using the "London Dry" method, Gin Cabala is a premium distillate that is smooth and dry on the palate. The mix of floral and balsamic botanicals gives the distillate a distinct and recognizable character. Classic juniper notes are accompanied by softer notes of acacia and elderflower. On the finish, the sweetness of dried rosehips and rowan berries emerges to counterbalance the dry, herbaceous taste of dandelion root, thistle and wheat grains. The result is a Gin with a full-bodied but balanced flavor profile. Its pleasant drinkability makes it suitable to enjoy either neat or in blending.
