Decroix Gin

Gin description

The first French organic gin created from Sichuan pepper. It is harvested by us, along with the juniper berries, on the Decroix ferrme, a pioneer of Organic Agriculture in Charente. The other ingredients, coriander, angelica, ginger and cardamom come from the organic sector. 48-hour maceration of all botanicals, before distillation, in organic wheat alcohol. Distillation in a Stupfler® still, which eliminates a maximum of sulfur compounds. The distillate is reduced to 45% vol. through a slow reduction process that lasts from one to two months.
