Gin description

GINCAB is a London Dry Gin, the fruit of a maceration of 9 botanicals in organic alcohol and distilled in our authentic "iron" still. Copper has the magical power of removing certain unwanted volatiles, forming delicate esters and providing a subtle and precise character to the distillate. Juniper berry, pine and associated spices combine wonderfully to offer us a bewitching bouquet with fine notes of citrus and undergrowth. Feet in the hot sand, inhaling the ocean spray in the shade of the pines, this is the Cabestan Spirit, our evocation of the Southwest.
