GlenWyvis Original Highland Gin

Gin description

Based in Dingwall in the north-east Highlands, GlenWyvis distillery takes its name from two former distilleries that closed in the 1920s - Ben Wyvis/Ferintosh Distillery from Dingwall itself and the nearby Glenskiach Distillery. Made with nine botanicals including juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, almond powder and orris root. However, the key botanical is undoubtedly the locally picked hawthorn berries - skiach is the Gaelic for hawthorn.
