Gin description

Unlike most gins which use neutral alcohol as a base (beetroot, grain, potato), Nom Di Gin is made from wine alcohol. After the maceration stage, a long passage in the "Camille" still ensures the fusion of the "botanicals" and fruits used. Juniper berries and jasmine give it structure and aromatic power. The berries, very present, "explode" from the first sip! Nom Di Gin is produced by La distillerie artisanale du Fays located in Sprimont. The name of the copper still: "Camille". Its capacity of 250 liters makes it possible to produce +/- 300 bottles for each batch.
