Gin description

Récif gin is a nod to the coastal environment where it is distilled, in reference to the many rocks on the surface of the water in the sea along the Gaspé coast. It comes straight out of the imagination of its creator, Joseph St-Denis Boulanger, master distiller of the Distillerie des Marigots. The initial idea was to create a distinct gin while respecting the characteristics of a traditional gin. We therefore find the juniper berry, clearly visible, and also notes of citrus, spices and roots. The Récif starts off with aromas of dark honey with a fragrant roundness and earthy and salty accents evolving into notes of citrus and wild flowers, then giving way to a long spicy finish.
