A re-release of our limited expression of Roots Marlborough Dry Gin that double celebrated our 100th run alongside our 2nd birthday. Starting with the same award winning recipe, we added 100% more botanicals, laid it down for 100 hours pre maceration and distilled in a single shot method before bottling at a bold 100 proof (50% vol). A double delivery of botanicals with a prolonged maceration period and higher bottling strength delivers an extended fruity conifer palate up front, bordered by a clean grapefruit vein throughout and long finish of aromatic spice. Distilled in a single shot run by a 200L copper pot still. Core botanicals macerated for 100 hours in advance at double the ingredient mass.
