Gin description

The Wall is an alpine gin with a herbaceous and spicy profile. Distilled at high altitude, it benefits from a gentler distillation process due to the lower boiling point, which helps to better preserve the most delicate aromas. On the nose, juniper dominates, accompanied by resinous notes of spruce and pine, enhanced by the freshness of lemon balm and mountain mint. On the palate, juniper remains central, supported by alpine herbs with fresh, resinous, and slightly bitter accents, with a touch of citrus that keeps the whole lively and balanced. The finish is long, dry, slightly peppery, with earthy notes and a smooth, almost oily texture.
