Crimson Pangolin Chinese Botanical Craft Gin

Gin description

Made exclusively with Chinese botanicals, with junipers sourced from Shandong, lemons from Hainan, coriander seeds, spices and peppers from Hunan and Sichuan. The golden hue of the gin is due to the long, forty eight hour post-distillation infusion process of the botanicals, namely the crushed coriander seeds. This sits incredibly perfectly, as the translation for gin in Chinese is ‘jin jiu’ which in English, translates directly into Golden Alcohol. Crimson Pangolin gin is proudly distilled in the historic city of Changsha, Hunan province. Changsha is known to be one of the cleanest cities in China, with only roughly 1% of the land being industrialised. Crimson Pangolin works with various wildlife charities across South East Asia to help protect and conserve the world's most trafficked animal, the pangolin.
