DeCort - London dry bio gin

Gin description

DeCort is an organic London Dry-style gin, made from spirit distilled from organic grains and 16 botanicals. Juniper, coriander and cardamom form its base, giving way to a more citrusy and expansive profile, characterised by orange, bitter orange and lemon zest, lemongrass and verbena. Its production is based on a clear choice: to use only real botanicals, with no added flavourings, and to distil them together so that each ingredient influences the whole. Distillation is carried out using steam infusion, a method that extracts flavours at a lower temperature. After distillation, the gin is left to rest for six months in stainless steel vats before being bottled. DeCort champions an organic, precise and artisanal approach to gin.
