However, the Huyghe brewery has found this specific know-how with another traditional house: the Rubbens distillery in Wichelen. The distillery has made several test brews using Delirium Tremens, the main ingredient, juniper berries and other herbs it keeps secret, from which the brewery has finally chosen a "winning" recipe. The result is a 42% gin with a unique flavor: immediately recognizable on the nose, the fruity esters and the almond touch of Delirium Tremens return in a very creamy, spicy flavor, with a touch of sweetness and a finish. slightly spicy.
