Gin description
The basis for the Wiesen Gin is neutral alcohol, infused with fruits and herbs such as chamomile, allspice, cardamom, or St. John's wort. We take our juniper from the central, south and the northern Burgenland. On the edge of the Leithagebirge there juniper bushes that are already ripe. Four days before the herbs are recognized with juniper, a part of juniper and herbs is added until shortly before burning. The Wiesen Gin must then rest for six to eight weeks. Only then is blended with spring water and is ready to drink. Wiesen Gin is fruity, mentholisch, a little walking in the citrus direction.
