Castle Gin - London Dry Gin

Gin description

It all began with a love of gin and many months of experimenting with different flavours and botanicals, where the majority of which are grown in our garden. Once we had the winning recipe we needed an exceptional bottle to match our exceptional gin. As we can see Mow Cop Castle from our house, the skyline was a major part of our inspiration for the name and the bottle design. Our gin is carefully made using ingredients sourced from our garden, hand selected for the ultimate combination. We macerate the botanicals for up to a fortnight to make the perfect blend. Once distilled, each batch is rested for up to 5 weeks before bottling it in batches of 25 bottles, this allows the flavours to fully infuse and gives our gin a truly exceptional taste.
